If you have obtained your “empadronamiento” (town residency) you can get married by one of the registrars or the Mayor of Tarifa in the following locations:

• The local registry office
• The Town hall
• The Castle

If you do not have your empadronamiento you can get married:

• In Gibraltar at the registry office, and have a blessing in Tarifa with our interfaith minister in any language you require.
• In your home country, and then have your blessing in Tarifa

Pachamama

New to Tarifa this year, Pachamama is the perfect venue for a more informal, relaxed wedding. The huge garden, which can seat up to 300 people, boasts a large swimming pool, a BBQ area, a volleyball court which doubles up as a dance floor, and can also be sectioned off for smaller events.

There is an extensive accommodation wing, which sleeps 18 guests in total and includes the following private facilities:

• 5 twin rooms
• 2 suites
• Lounge with fireplace
• Courtyard with sun beds and straw umbrellas
• Kitchen
• Guest bar

Menus start at €30.00 per person for a BBQ style buffet with all the trimmings, including wine and beer with the meal. Open bar prices are available on request.

Hire charge for the wedding day and evening: €1400.00 (includes all accommodation and the entire venue for private use) Price per additional night for the accommodation section: €400.00

This hotel offers you the very best in stylish and contemporary accommodation in the wild and unspoilt surroundings of Southern Spain’s “Coast of Light”. The hotel is just six kilometres west of the historic town of Tarifa, Europe’s windsurf and kitesurfng mecca.

Banti

Banti is a vibrant, stylish venue just outside Tarifa town, which has been recently refurbished. The accommodation consists of 3 twin rooms and 3 double rooms, all with en suite shower and toilet. The restaurant and garden area seats up to 80 persons, increasing to 200 using the adjacent garden. This venue is fitted to a very high standard with Balinese-Thai furniture, Balinese huts, a huge lounging bed, and hammocks.

Tres Mares Relaxed Gardens

This beautiful hotel with lush Asian inspired gardens is only 100m from Tarifa’s 7km beach. The hotel boasts 24 beautifully decorated rooms, pool, restaurant and pool side snack bar and terrace. This beautiful south facing large villa boasts amazing views to the beach, Tarifa and Morocco. Only 5km from Tarifa town and 1km from the beach, the villa is private whilst still close to the town’s amenities.

The main house contains 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 living rooms, a kitchen and a utility room, whilst the lower adjoining apartment has a family area with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and separate playroom. Outside grounds include 10,000 m2 of landscaped gardens, luxury indoor/outdoor pool, and terraces.

This villa comes with all luxury mod cons including air-conditioning, heated towel rails, heated floors in the bathroom and play room, heated pool, jacuzzi bath, Sky television and a welcome pack.

Ceremonies can take place in the gardens or on any of the outdoor terraces with the stunning Atlantic ocean as a back drop.

The villa sleeps 8 – 10 comfortably, and is available to hire by the week throughout the year.
